David’s
experience includes

13
years as Assistant State Manager of a large Government Department where
he introduced change and managed diverse programs including the
Commonwealth Rehabilitation Service and the Corporate Operations of the
Department

years as a mediator specializing in the mediation of family and child
disputes around family breakdown
-
10
years working with Indigenous Australians in the Northern Territory and
South Australia in welfare roles and in the resolution of conflict
around land rights.
David’s qualifications include a
B.A. in Social Work, Masters Degree in Conflict Management and he is
concluding work on his PhD about Issues of Fairness in Redundancy and
Redeployment.
David’s skills include:
