Rochelle
Woodley-Baker
Rochelle Woodley-Baker the Principal Planner is highly regarded for her skills and breadth of experience in social planning. Rochelle worked for 15 years in the area of family planning and women's community health, then for eight years as the principal social planner in local government. She has broad experience in planning for the needs of families in greenfield development and urban regeneration development projects. She has particular experience and understanding of the northern metropolitan region of Adelaide developing a regional human services plan and in the aged and disability sector. Rochelle completed a Master of Public Policy where she undertook a research study on social inclusion and spatial disadvantage. She is currently undertaking a PhD research study in the area of senior secondary education and part-time study at the University of South Australia. Rochelle has always had a strong interest in women and third world development and since early 2004 has spent some time working in rural villages of India and Bangladesh. Rochelle is currently lecturing in Social Planning Techniques for the Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning, University of South Australia.
David Baker, Associate David Baker is the principal of ethicalmanagement.com which offers mediation and dispute resolution services and negotiation training to individuals and organisations with an emphasis on ethical approaches. Presently David coordinates and teaches Negotiation Processes and teaches International Ethics and Values and Conflict Management at the University of South Australia.
Meredyth Taylor, Associate Meredyth Taylor has a professional career across a range of areas both within the Government and non-Government sectors. Her work has focused on areas with an emphasis on social equity and justice, the environment, community and cultural development and urban design. With a personal commitment to these areas she works to deliver quality outcomes for programs, projects and communities that reflect best practice. Over recent years Meredyth has worked to achieve a balance of social, economic, environmental and design outcomes in urban development and regeneration projects and is currently completing a Masters of Regional and Urban Planning through a sustainable urban design project. Meredyth has contributed to a range of Local, State and Federal Government policies, programs and projects through undertaking research, developing and implementing policy, formulating strategic frameworks and managing projects. Has worked extensively in all three sectors often in collaboration with the community, private developers and Government.
Carole Grubisa, Associate Carole Grubisa has a strong background in the areas of health and welfare, having commenced her working life as a Registered General Nurse and going on to work as a Drug and Alcohol caseworker; Jobs, Education and Training (JET) Adviser; and most recently, Project Officer for the Northern Collaborative Project (NCP) in the aged and disability sector. Carole has had extensive experience working at the National, State and local level providing her with the opportunity to develop her knowledge and wide range of skills in areas such as research and evaluation, policy development, marketing and communication, internal and external outreach and customer service.
Dennis List, Associate Audience Dialogue is based in Adelaide, South Australia, but we work on projects all around the world. In Australia our work is mainly internet-related: researching and evaluating websites. In developing countries, we work mostly with media and aid agencies: training staff and organising evaluations. |
